At Allied Framers, keeping our team safe is our top priority. To strengthen our fall-protection program, we are adopting the Safety Pole system—an innovative solution that provides secure anchor points and reduces exposure during framing and roof work. This upgrade reflects our commitment to meeting and exceeding safety standards while giving our crews the best tools to work confidently and return home safely each day.

Mike is Allied Framers full time safety coordinator and can be found on our sites daily, making certain that we employ the most current safety standards. Mike ensures each employee is trained and ready to work safely on all of the projects we frame.

MANDATORY SAFETY ORIENTATION AND WEEKLY JOB SITE TAILGATE SAFETY MEETINGS.
In an effort to foster safety with every employee, on every project, Allied Framers requires everyone complete mandatory safety orientation. In addition, we hold weekly job site tail gate safety meetings. These meetings address all safety concerns and/or training related to the specific job we are framing.
EMPLOYEE SAFETY BBQ
At the Allied Framers annual employee safety BBQ we bring the entire company together to review and update each employee on current job site safety standards and requirements. In addition to an awesome BBQ and raffle, this year's event provided safety training stations for proper nail gun and tool care and operation, ladder and scaffold safety, harness and fall protection, wall standing, rigging, and material handling.
